If you are dissatisfied with your items, you may return them within 30 days of receipt, provided they meet the following conditions:

Please do not return items to the sender; wait for us to provide the correct address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions:
Right of Cancellation
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) receive the goods. Due to our automated order processing, we cannot stop shipments once orders are placed. Therefore, refunds are not possible until goods are returned to us.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform Everstride of your decision via clear declaration (e.g., email). The withdrawal is effective upon receipt of goods, with return shipping costs borne by the buyer.
Transit Shipment Record
As our goods ship from Asia, transit times may be longer. If goods are already in transit, cancellations are not possible. Wait until you receive the goods, then initiate the return process. Please inform us in advance of your cancellation.

Consequences of Withdrawal
Upon withdrawal, we must refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving notice and the goods. Repayment will be made using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed. No additional fees will be charged for repayment.
